The ABELL Multi-Base Station Interconnection System ASC (Abell Site Connection) is a multi-base station interconnection system independently developed by Abell based on the communication needs of industry and enterprise users for cross-regional, wide-area coverage.
The system connects multiple single-site repeater systems through a standard IP network. Handheld and vehicle-mounted terminals can automatically roam across regions via IP base stations without geographical limitations, enabling uninterrupted voice and data communication. The maximum number of site networking is designed to be 64 repeaters.

System Functions
User Registration
User registration is a function enabled within the system. Only handheld radios added to the registration list can communicate within the system; unregistered users are denied communication. After user registration, the system can manage various services for the handheld terminals;
DMR Protocol combined with TCP/IP protocol for communication and intercom, enabling interconnection between domestic and international networks
The system adopts a C/S architecture mode, with data transmission using the TCP/IP network transmission protocol. An interconnection system can be built wherever there is an IP network. The system server can be deployed in LAN, WAN (requires static IP), cloud, VPN, and other network environments, meeting the needs of customers in different environments and achieving interconnection between domestic and international networks;
Supports positioning, trajectory playback, map display, and visual dispatching
Terminal devices support GPS, BeiDou, and other positioning. The backend can obtain the location information of each terminal in real-time and display it on the dispatch console map. Dynamic trajectory queries can be performed for specified terminals through the dispatch console;
Supports group call, all call, and broadcast call
The system supports voice call functions such as group call, all call, and broadcast call;
Visual RDAC diagnostic and control software, supports fault diagnosis and fault alarm functions for interconnected repeater equipment, and supports displaying power-on/off logs and alarm logs;
Once interconnected repeater equipment is connected to the system, fault diagnosis and fault alarm functions are enabled. Fault diagnosis and fault alarms include: RF power amplifier, exciter, receiver, control board, and other module diagnostics, monitoring the equipment operation status in real-time, providing safe and effective guarantees for system hardware;
Supports remote frequency programming for interconnected repeaters
Remote repeater frequency programming function facilitates users to remotely modify repeater frequency programming parameters, providing frequency programming support for repeaters installed in remote and hard-to-reach locations, such as forest areas, mines, etc.;
Remote Alarm
In emergencies, one-key alarm can be used to trigger a networked alarm. While providing a local alarm, the alarm signal can also be sent to the network-side dispatch console, allowing users to better request assistance in critical moments;
Real-time Call Status Indication
Through the dispatch software, the call status of members in a group can be observed in real-time and displayed on the dispatch console;
Full Network Recording
The recording function ensures that all handheld terminals within the system save recording data. The recording data can be queried and played back in the dispatch software after decoding;
Implements hierarchical management of dispatch console groups/users and priority management of terminal transmission rights
Convenient dispatch operations, hierarchical management of groups/users, allows real-time viewing of which users are under which groups;
Network Topology Display
The network topology display function shows which repeater devices are currently connected to the system, and their online/offline status, in the dispatch console and RDAC diagnostic and control software, allowing users to intuitively understand the current system device network structure;
C/SArchitecture, for unified deployment and management of networked devices, and unified storage of voice, positioning, logs, and other data
The system architecture is C/S architecture, facilitating centralized data management for users and ensuring the security of various business data;
Digital IP Group Management
The digital IP group management function facilitates the connection between repeaters in the system according to user needs. Only repeaters within the same digital IP group can communicate for various services. The digital IP group is set for the dual time slots of a repeater; one repeater can be divided into two time slots to set two groups;
Remote Stun, Remote Kill/Activate
System administrators can perform remote stun, remote kill/activate operations on specific terminal users for more refined user management;
Short Message
ADC8000 can send group short messages and also receive short messages sent from terminals;
ADC8000The dispatch software implements dispatch console functions, including group call and broadcast call
The dispatch software implements dispatch console functions, enabling group call and broadcast call, making the dispatch software more operational and practical;
Authorization Function
The authorization function is used to authorize repeaters and handheld terminals to enable advanced functions, such as authentication. The authentication function can only be enabled after user authorization; without authorization, repeaters and handheld terminal devices do not have the authentication function;
Roaming
The roaming function refers to setting the handheld terminal to switch between repeaters based on which repeater has a stronger signal, solving the user's cross-regional communication needs;
Authentication
The authentication function provides users with a reliable and secure voice and control service. Due to the limited local resources of the repeater, to prevent non-system handheld terminals from using system resources, an authentication function is added between the system's handheld terminals and the repeaters. Only upon successful matching can the repeater and system resources be used normally;
